Welcome to the 2023 Coaches Practice Registration Form!

Coaches practices run weekly on Sundays from 6/18 through 8/27.  THESE PRACTICES ARE NOT REQUIRED but encouraged by the whole coaching staff. 

Practices will be held at Eble Ice Arena. The 10 sessions will cost $140.  Walk ins will be allowed with payment of $20 per session.    

WINGS coaches practices are open to all Waukesha Coop skaters that will be attending one of the 5 Coop High Schools or will be an 8th grader with plans to attend one of the Coop schools.  

All participants must register through the website and fill out a waiver form.  This includes anyone that wants to drop in and not sign up for all the sessions.  Waiver forms are available online or you can sign a form at check in on the 18th.

Welcome to the 2023 Captains' Practice Registration Form.  Captain's practices start Wednesday 9/6 and run through 11/1.  THIS IS NOT A REQUIRED camp but encouraged by the whole coaching staff. 

All sessions will be held at Nagawaukee this year.  The cost of the program is $120.  

WINGS captain practices are open to all Waukesha Co-op skaters that will be attending one of the 5 Co-op High Schools or will be an 8th grader with plans to attend one of the Co-op schools.

Welcome to the 2023-24 Wings Hockey Co-Op Registration Page.  

If you are interested in playing for the Wings Co-Op for the 2023-24 season, we ask you take a few moments to register your skater through our website registration process.  Online registration is the best way to ensure we know your intentions of being part of the Wings and provides us with all the needed information to keep you as informed as possible.

Cost of the program is determined by the total number of skaters.  The fee will be communicated in the Fall and due prior to our first Tryout on 11/6.  Payment terms can be arranged.

If you order any personalized equipment, you will be responsible for the cost of those items even if you decide not to play in the fall.  Also, once you start tryouts, payment for the season is not refundable and all balances are expected to be paid.
